About the Leach

History is always important when looking at how and when something happened. Below, please find a short history with regard to the Leach Amphitheater.

• November 1, 2003 The City of Oshkosh purchases riverfront land for the amphitheater.
• November 17, 2003 The Leach family announces a gift to fund the amphitheater.
• May 26, 2005 The first concert is held the Thursday night concert series, Waterfest, opens 20th season.
• June 4, 2005 The official Grand Opening is held.
